Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-driven, hands-on Global Marketing Campaigns Coordinator to support both Global Campaigns and Marketing Automation. This full-time role will manage the setup and execution of marketing automation campaigns, while also ensuring campaign planning, visibility, and alignment across regions. The Coordinator will act as the central executional resource for regional marketing managers, translating briefs into fully built Pardot campaigns and ensuring delivery is on time, on brand, and supported by structured processes and clear communication. This role is focused on execution rather than content creation or strategy, but will be critical to ensuring campaigns launch successfully with the right segmentation, assets, and logic.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Execution
- Build, test, and deploy global/regional campaigns in Pardot (emails, nurtures, landing pages, forms).
- Ensure campaigns are error-free, segmented correctly, and aligned with Salesforce campaign tracking.
- Maintain system hygiene across dynamic lists, tags, and folder structures.
Campaign Planning & Enablement
- Maintain and update the Global Marketing Calendar with all corporate and regional campaigns.
- Ensure visibility of Tier 1 campaigns, speaker opportunities, and paper contributions in Salesforce.
- Support preparation and follow-up for major launches, leadership updates, and retrospectives.
- Standardise campaign briefing templates and ensure consistent adoption across teams.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Liaise with RMMs, Product, and RevOps to ensure smooth campaign hand-offs and localisation.
- Sync regularly with Marketing Automation to align setup with lead flow requirements.
- Keep campaign boards in Monday.com fully updated (owners, timelines, blockers, statuses).
Quality Control & Performance
- Run QA across all assets (emails, forms, landing pages) to ensure branding, compliance, and deliverability.
- Monitor CTRs, downloads, engagement, and email performance; share insights with Campaigns and Automation.
- Flag issues with performance, deliverability, or campaign logic proactively.
Project Coordination
- Track requests, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines while managing multiple campaigns at once.
- Maintain visibility into regional timelines and coordinate execution accordingly.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, preferably Pardot.
- Solid understanding of email marketing workflows, automation rules, and lead management.
- Ability to juggle multiple regional requests while ensuring flawless execution.
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable working across time zones and cultures. (English is a must!)
Residing in the Netherlands
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting global/regional marketing teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Knowledge of GDPR and global email compliance best practices.
- Project management or ticketing tool experience (e.g., Jira, Monday, Trello, Asana).
