Marketing Assistant for the Polish and DACH Markets (Remote)



Marketing Assistant for the Polish and DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) markets with the opportunity to grow – 20 – 25 hours/week   

Duration for the role would be 6 months, with the opportunity to grow and extend the contract.

Purpose and Contribution to the Company Strategy

Are you a talented and ambitious Marketeer with a growth hacking mindset, a solid understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation strategies to contribute to the overall revenue targets? As part of the Marketing Assistant role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager for CEE & DACH as well as the different teams within the HQ Marketing cluster to increase brand awareness, generate demand and support business growth.

Objectives:

  1. Increase Brand Awareness in the Polish and DACH markets.
  2. Generate High-Quality Leads for the sales team.
  3. Support Business Growth through targeted marketing strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand the Polish and DACH markets' trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
  • Stay updated with local regulations, economic changes, and industry developments.

 

Content Creation and Localization

  • Localize content (blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, etc.) to resonate with the Polish and DACH audiences.
  • Assist with the creation of case studies, whitepapers, and other content to highlight company successes in the region.

 

Digital Marketing Campaigns and Lead Nurturing

  • Contribute to targeted digital marketing campaigns (PPC, social media, SEO) tailored to the Polish and DACH markets.
  • Assist with the implementation of lead generation strategies to attract potential customers in close collaboration with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager and the HQ team
  • Use CRM tools to manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

 

Events and Webinars

  • Organize and promote webinars, workshops, and roundtables tailored to the Polish and DACH markets.
  • Contribute to local trade shows and networking events to increase brand visibility

 

Social Media Management

  • Grow social media presence on platforms popular in the Polish and DACH regions (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Engage with the audience through regular posts, comments, and interactions.

 

Reporting and Analysis

  • Learn how to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

Qualification Criteria

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Polish and German; proficiency in English.
  • Location: Preferably located in Germany or Poland
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing or a related field
  • Experience: Preferably first working experience within a B2B (marketing) environment
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
