Product Marketing Manager



The purpose of this role is to contribute the successful launch of new products through creating compelling messaging and sales/customer enablement materials to support the entire customer journey.

You will play a key role in identifying and translating relevant market trends and create benefit focused messages that resonate with both prospects and existing clients.

Key result areas and main activities

 

1. Messaging

  • Contribute to creating compelling value propositions and define product messaging that resonate with target personas
  • Translate technical features into clear and impactful benefits for customers
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapewith the purpose to keep our messaging current and answer customer pain points

2.Product communications

  • Lead the creation of internal product positioning documents such as voice of customer, benefits vs features, alternatives
  • Oversee and drive the creation of content like sales enablement, videos, blog posts and others as required to support communication towards existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels and materials
  • Input to online marketing campaigns and A/B testing of messaging

3. Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Work closely with commercial and sales enablement teams to ensure marketing messaging is inputted to sales collateral and education
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to optimise product campaigns and results and understand the overall effectiveness of product communications
  • Act as the main point of contact from marketing in product related projects, workshops and discussions

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Track record of creating compelling campaign messaging and launching new products successfully
  • Experience partnering with Client Success/Commercial teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver assets and campaigns that resonate with customers along their journey
  • A self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with marketing automation systems and CRM (preferably Salesforce & Pardot)is a nice to have
  • Located in Europe or similar time zone
