Sandra has been working with the Top Employers Institute since 2018. In her current role as Lead / Global HR Auditor, she is responsible for guiding the certification process for global group participants. Having worked in corporate and consulting environments, she has extensive experience in Strategy development, Talent Management, Organisational Design and Development, and Employee Experience.
Sandra has developed and implemented numerous HR projects on a global level and is passionate about aligning people processes and practices to achieve overall HR and organisational objectives. Sandra holds a BA (Communications) (Cum Laude) and a BA (Hons) in Industrial Psychology.
